There are two water licenses that come with the ranch.
The Old Knowles Ranch includes the Trembling Pines Big Game Territory of approximately 741,715 acres that provide excellent big game hunting. The big game consists of black bear, grizzly bear, wolves, caribou, moose, and deer. Be prepared to hunt big game over hundreds of thousands of acres some of the most majestic territories imaginable.
The Chilcotin River just a few steps from the owner’s home offers superb fly fishing to the avid fisherman.
The ranch is completely “off-grid” with power being provided by its own hydropower plant and has a backup generator. Water is supplied through domestic well.
