Hunting

Fishing

The Chilcotin River just a few steps from the owner’s home offers superb fly fishing to the avid fisherman.

The ranch is completely “off-grid” with power being provided by its own hydropower plant and has a backup generator. Water is supplied through domestic well.

In 2018, the ranch produced 2,150 bales at approximately 1,800 pounds per bale.  There is additional hay land that would provide the potential for several hundred more acres of hay production.
