Sanctuary Ranch sits right along the line between GMU 5a and 5b sitting entirely in unit 5a. The ranch gets its name because the topography creates the perfect secluded hideaway for game. Deer and elk use the ranch for protection and forage. Currently, the ranch has received 1 bull and 1 cow voucher and 2 rifle and 2 bow vouchers for deer. There were 2 very nice bulls taken on neighboring ranches in 2020 that were in the 330-370 class. Tremendous deer are taken in the area every year.
Sanctuary Ranch offers owners the ability to enjoy the solitude and peaceful ranching lifestyle as well as many outdoor activities without ever leaving the ranch.
